National Minority Supplier Development Council
Challenge: To thank over 1,500 members of the NMSDC at a President’s Reception for 20 years of support. Need a memento for guests that is special yet inexpensive.
Results: Sourced item via overseas production to produce a beautiful crystal piece packaged in individual gift boxes. Item was well received by all and perceived more as a gift than a “give-away”. Client was pleased with the results and the pricing. NMSDC is one of our long standing and valued clients.

TM&M Mechanical Corp.
Challenge: Create a corporate apparel program for all employees, management, and engineers to wear TM&M Mechanical logo on T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, and Polo Shirts.
Results: Launch was a success and employees embraced their new corporate wear program. TM&M Mechanical employees have noticed more attention from their new customized corporate wear program.

Liberty Mutual Insurance Company
Challenge: To come up with a promotional premium that would captivate and “wow” attendees at an annual 4-day Golf and Tennis Event.
Results: BPI created and delivered Callaway golf caps in various color combinations, with the Callaway Logo embroidered on the front center panel of the cap and the Liberty Mutual logo embroidered on the Right side of the cap. Both client and cap recipients were thrilled with the final results.

Transformation Fitness and Wellness Center
Challenge: To conceive a cost-effective marketing campaign to promote the opening of a fitness center.
Results: BPI Art Team designed a postcard with an attached business card magnet to announce the opening event. Studies show that postcards with magnets attached are much more widely read than ordinary direct mailers. Marketing campaign yielded a successful opening, and more new customers for our client.

Black Executive Exchange Program
Challenge: To come up with a package of promotional premiums and awards for an annual leadership conference within a limited budget.
Results: BPI coordinated an assemblage of premiums, sourcing some items overseas to stay within budget. Client was more than pleased with the outcome and pricing. Since our first collaboration, we have continued to be a preferred supplier for subsequent conferences.

New York Life
Challenge: To deliver a quality bag imprinted with a beautiful full-color logo within a limited budget and timeframe for a National Cultural Markets Conference.
Results: BPI produced a black messenger brief featuring the logo via a digital heat transfer process. Per client request, the logo had a white background which needed to be eliminated during the transfer process. This was successfully executed.
