Tia Walker started her first partnership in the Dallas Apparel Mart in 1984.  She and 2 partners formed a manufacturers’ rep organization, selling moderately priced ladies apparel to retail stores in 5 states.  “My forte has always been vision and the ability to take a concept to the next level” says Tia, who worked with regional department and chain stores in the 1980’s.

In 1990, Tia helped launch a group of western wear labels, which were produced overseas.  “Our biggest success was a line called Adobe Rose. In addition to sales Tia took on merchandising and product development along with forecasting of production.

With the deterioration of the retail environment, Tia started seeing the importance of apparel in the corporate market and the value of corporate gifts.  In 2000, Brand It Promotions was established as a d.b.a. of TCW, Inc., and the focus of the company changed directions to promotional marketing.  

Today, Brand It Promotions is based in Flower Mound, TX.  There are 5 additional associates. Joy Walker, Tia’s Mother, has worked part time off and on since 2002. Michelle Zigon joined the organization in 2004, and achieved her CAS in April of 2009. Nancy Massey came aboard in 2006 as an outside sales rep for West Texas. Missy Flaharty and Tami Crawford both joined our home office team in late 2006.
